Our Story
A 25-year journey from Istanbul to the world
Lider Expo was founded in Istanbul in 2010 to turn the global potential of the Turkish textile and fashion industry into reality.
Today, through fairs across Africa, Central Asia and Europe, we connect thousands of Turkish companies with new buyers and markets every year — knowing every fair grows exports, and exports drive jobs and growth.

Our network, growing over the years
- 2010
Founded in Istanbul.
- 2015
First fair: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
- 2019
Tashkent Fashion & Textile Expo launched.
- 2022
The Moscow fair joined the calendar.
- 2025
African fairs joined our portfolio: we started with Nairobi, Kenya on 24–26 April, followed by Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
- 2026
Dakar, Senegal and Nairobi, Kenya in Africa; we close the year with Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in November.
- 2027
The calendar grows: Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Madrid, Spain (MOMAD).
